All registration packages include

  • Welcome Reception on Sunday 13 May
  • Attendance at all conference sessions
  • Conference Dinner on Thursday 17 May
  • Choice of a number of full day field trips on Friday 18 May
  • Arrival tea & coffee, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for the duration of the conference
  • Field Trips are included in the registration fee.
    Registration for the field trips is included at the end of the online registration process.

How to Register

  • 1. Sign in or log in to register
    *If you forgot your ID or PW, please click the Find ID/PW button. It will be sent to your registered e-mail when you signed up.
  • 2. Registration -> Click the button, “Please click here to register”
  • 3. Fill out your personal information on the page of “Online Registration Step 1”
  • 4. Select the full registration or student registration on the page of “Early bird Registration Package”
  • 5. Select the type of participant and fill in the abstract number which was on the abstract acceptance letter from the ICS2018 Secretariat and click the “Check”(green colored) button
  • 6. When the pop-up comes out, click “Confirm”. Note: If your co-author registered with the same abstract number, registration may not be possible.
  • 7. Select what you would like, i.e. Welcome Reception, Thursday Dinner, Purchasing JCR, BIO One, Certificate, T-shirt.
  • 8. Select the Field Trips (Tour) and Extras. (Optional)
  • 9. Select your Lunch as you want, i.e. Vegetarian or non-Vegetarian.
    If you have a companion, please select and put his/her name in the blank and select his/her events including the Field Trips as you did earlier. (Optional)
  • 10. Check your total balance and click “Save and Next”.
    Note: The balance will vary depending on your selections.
  • 11. Review the details of the payment on the Step 2 page. If there is anything to correct, click the “Edit” button.
  • 12. After review, click “Payment Go”
  • 13. Select the payment method (Credit Card or Bank Transfer) and click “PAY NOW”
